This pioneering initiative is the result of a strategic partnership between MACNA (Maritime Company for Navigation) and The Jeddah Transport Company (شركة مواصلات جدة) to deliver next-generation marine logistics services in the city of Jeddah.

The inaugural event was held in the presence of high-level officials, including:
- His Excellency Dr. Rumaih bin Mohammad Al-Rumaih, Vice Minister of Transport and Logistics and Chairman of the Transport General Authority (TGA).
- His Excellency Saleh Al-Turki, Mayor of Jeddah.
- Mr. Fares Ahmed Albalwi, Chairman of ABG Group, who expressed his support for this pioneering initiative.
